Hands down, the BEST baking pan we've ever owned

 I wasn’t sure that the pan could handle that heat but I figured I’d give it a shot. I put the pan with my homemade Detroit type pizza dough in my preheated oven and baked it on the bottom rack holding a 1/2 inch cordierite baking stone. The oven was preheated for 1 hour so the stone would come up to temperature. Temp was 525F and the pizza baked for 14 minutes

A seriously good pan for baking - and pizza.

 I would suggest doing this test first, rather than having a horrible mess in your oven. If you are an avid baker you will love these pans. I have ordered 3 more of different sizes. Lastly, this is a pan that needs to be taken care of; no spray coating, no sharp utensils used in it and hand wash

 As soon as I received the pan, I removed the packaging and filled the pan with water to test. No problems. I would suggest doing this test first, rather than having a horrible mess in your oven. If you are an avid baker you will love these pans

Best 9X13 pan I've ever used

Great quality, bringing “non-stick” to a new level.

This is a great pan! I haven’t had it long enough to tell if it will rust and that’s the main reason I purchased it. Wilton cake pans always rust so I thought to try a different brand. I don’t have a dishwasher so it gets hand washed and dried and it wasn’t hard to clean except the corners. Still I would recommend this pan for its sturdy and durability! Also love that’s it’s made in the good ole USA!
