Parrish Magic Square and Rectangular Pans vs USA Pan Bakeware Aluminized Steel 13 x 9 x 2.25 Inch Rectangular Cake Pan

I use a toothbrush with dishwashing soap, rinse the pan really well and dry it right away. I've decided to give this particular pan a rating of three stars instead of less only because my other pan has been really good for several years and I'm thinking that maybe I received the single pan that's lousy.

I wasn’t sure that the pan could handle that heat but I figured I’d give it a shot. I put the pan with my homemade Detroit type pizza dough in my preheated oven and baked it on the bottom rack holding a 1/2 inch cordierite baking stone. The oven was preheated for 1 hour so the stone would come up to temperature. Temp was 525F and the pizza baked for 14 minutes

This is my third Parrish Magic Line baking pan that I've purchased. The quality and performance of these pans speak "Professional." Even though I'm not a Chef (yet), you wouldn't know it by the outcome of my products. I like the quality, sturdiness and precision of my pans
