OXO Good Grips Non-Stick 9" Square vs USA Pan Bakeware Aluminized Steel 13 x 9 x 2.25 Inch Rectangular Cake Pan

I have only used this pan twice and both times I lined it with parchment paper (because parchment paper is amazing). In the past I used a glass dish which took longer to bake things than most recipes listed (plus it was annoying checking it every couple of minute to make sure it didn't burn). This OXO 9x9 pan = so far, so good! This pan cooks evenly and in the timeframes listed in recipes.

I wasn’t sure that the pan could handle that heat but I figured I’d give it a shot. I put the pan with my homemade Detroit type pizza dough in my preheated oven and baked it on the bottom rack holding a 1/2 inch cordierite baking stone. The oven was preheated for 1 hour so the stone would come up to temperature. Temp was 525F and the pizza baked for 14 minutes

I’ve been making brownies for a very long time as they are my husbands favorite. Lately, I’ve been noticing that I’ve been getting a very uneven cook using glass Pyrex or nonstick pans (outside edges burn and middle is still raw) so I bought this instead and on my very first try, my cheesecake brownies turned out PERFECT!!! Cakes and brownies turn out perfectly baked and so even in height. Gone are the days of a sheet cake that's higher in the middle and lower at the edges
