All-Clad Pro-Release 9" Pan

It was nice until it got scratched and I had to throw it away. I didn't want to risk it contaminating my baked goods. The nonstick coating is too thin. I literally accidentally dropped a fork in it and scratched it.

This pan is durable and has a great nonstick coating. My one complaint is that the instructions say to not use nonstick spray as it would ruin the finish. This isn't a deal-breaker, but it is an inconvenience.
