Korg Volca Bass Review
The rest of the negative points are rather minute; the fact the AC adapter isn’t included, the keypads being pretty small, and the speaker isn’t that great, which could be a pain if you are on a budget. Is It Worth It?For the price, yes, a thousand times yes; it’s a super machine that really gets the job done. It works great as a mono synth, and if plugged into a computer, the versatility of the box increases tenfold
Best entry-level digital FM synths?
Korg Volca FM. I had the Yamaha Reface DX and the volca is just better all around (besides polyphony. and I'm a terrible player so it's okay)
Fun, powerful, and portable little machines
Korg's Volca series is great, but it would probably be helpful to know what you're getting into ahead of time before purchasing. While there's a lot of videos on YouTube, and some busy topics on Reddit discussing the merits of these machines, I think I fit pretty accurately the target audience for t...

Musical Experimenter?
Lots of fun, but be prepared to take a bit of time to figure it all out. That for me is the adventure! I use mine with the Volcabeats and Volcakeys plus a Belkin Rockstar Multi Headphone Splitter and the M-Audio Studiophile AV 40 Active Studio Monitor Speakers as a set. The Belkin splitter is used i...

Having a blast with this thing right here!
Nice! The Volca Bass is surprisingly useful, and a great value. Running it through even a basic FX chain with some compression produces pretty good results.
Best Korg I have used.
Awesome little synth. What it does, it does very well. I wanted it for bass cords and sequencing. It is so handy! You literally play with it for a minute and have a cool sounding loop. Very easy to learn.

I've bought korg volca fm and PO-12 Rythm. However I'm not satisfied with this setup. Volca is really cool, but the PO drums aren't the sound I'm looking for - they are kind of harsh and cold.
