Herman Miller Mirra 1 ($100, sold for $125): the chair was a bit beat up and the anterior inside seat foam was in pieces. Being 5'11", 170lbs, this chair was wide enough and comfortable, but I just felt like I was missing out on something.

Research high end ergonomic chairs... Buy it used on an app. You're not heavy so you have a good range of chairs to choose from but you're tall so that's gonna narrow the selection down for you... I suggest Herman Miller celle, humanscale liberty, humanscale freedom, leapv2, Staples hyken, Herman Miller mirra 1 or 2, nightingale cxo... I dunno where you live but I've been a Le to find all those chairs for less than 100 less than 50 sometimes.

The chair is beautiful and comfortable! I can easily spend 3 or 4 hours before start looking for a excuse to take a walk!. I paid ridiculously expensive to get it here where I live but, being honest, it worth each penny!. If Aeron is somehow out of your budget, I recommend you take a look at Herman Miller Mirra 2.

Been sitting on a Herman Miller Mirra 2 for almost 8 years now and it’s the only chair I’ve found that does not hurt my back or tailbone when used for 8+ hours.

You need a Herman Miller Mirra chair. The back is not mesh, but it’s strong and breathable.

As others have suggested, I would look for a used model.
