They both can run 10 bit colors at 240hz, both can be overclocked to 270hz, both have ULMB, both have the same amazing pixel response, and both seem to have the exact same panel. I've been taking advantage of the Amazon extended holiday return policy and have tried about 10 different monitors in the last couple months. I have an RTX 3080, 10900k, and 32gigs ram so I wanted a beast monitor. Nothing has come close to the new Acer 1440p, 270hz (overclocked) monitors.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this just under 5 months ago. Everything was working great on it, a little dark during some of the games but overall great. In the middle of a raid the monitor just started doing this. Reset everything, unplugged everything and then that didn't work I called Ace...

* OSD seems capable with plenty of options, but I haven't figured out what they all do yet (my first Acer Predator) and I'm unable to find a manual online. Issues so far. * Lines / artifacting - only experienced on my work laptop, which is older and set to 60hz (and probably still struggling). Happened once or twice, late at night, and I was able to fix this by disabling f.lux and resuming full brightness / blue color balance.

Got this monitor in the mail yesterday. Everything seems ok, but the logo on the front of the unit is crooked, like, really crooked. It looks horrible. Acer support didn't seem to care. If they can't apply their own logo to the front of the unit, what is the quality of the rest of the device like? E...

Predator x34gs - 934€. Asus xg349c - 1050€. In this selection, only the Alienware is native Gsync so I might end up relaxing this criteria to Gsync compatible. Then the LG seems the most interesting but I have seen many complaints on LG's quality control so I prefer paying the extra for the x34gs that so far seems pretty nice with good build quality.
