With no questions asked, quickly, and in a very friendly manner, SVS have straight up sent me a replacement amp. I've only bought two products from them--both SB-2000s--but they've just gained a customer for life, because that is the best customer service I've ever experienced. SVS have always been helpful and responsive, but this was on a level of its own. I understand that everyone's experience may differ, but I couldn't help but share.

About two weeks before the pandemic hit and my job told us to work from home for the foreseeable future, the used sound bar I was handed-down in the years prior randomly kicked the bucket.
