The monitor finally arrived to me in Sweden and after testing alot of different 240hz monitors and the LG 38GL950 recently I finally have my future monitor on my desk - the Odyssey G9 and this is why. Pros. 1. It has everything - 5120x1440@240hz QLED 1000R HDR1000 - and it works as promised (future proof).

So far the monitor has been great with no issues. Prior to that I used the Acer x34 which was also fantastic. I have been contemplating if I should return the 34GN and purchase the 38GL950G instead. They seem to offer nearly the same features with the 38 obviously being larger.
