Lenovo Thinkpad, you can't go wrong. I'm partial to the T series which I've been using for a long time. This is a general recommendation, if you start talking GPUs than you need to consider form factor for cooling etc...

Perfect laptop

A tiny perfect laptop, arrived in time. There are some bad reviews about this company on the web and I was a bit worried but I have to say that I am very satisfied.

Buy a Lenovo thinkpad, I got the x270 and it suits me perfect although I can’t play games on it but as I understand it’s not your intention either.

The overall quality is very good and the appearance is very new. The freight speed is also fast, which is a good purchase.

Laptop recommendation for a secretary

I would get a Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude, or HP EliteBook as those are most durable and meant for business use. Can also get them with extended warranties and damage protection if desired. I believe most computer manufacturers have nonprofit discounts through TechSoup that should be used.

This laptop did not include a camera despite the product description stating that it did. Had to return.
