The most painful fix I have had to do was that the charging port became loose so I had to take it apart and put something behind the charging port for it to stay in place. Also the plastic gets scratches easily and the top part has come loose.

This laptop came out in 2011 and the fact that it's around 10 years old and still can do everyday tasks (watch videos, edit documents and some photo editing) is amazing.

Flex 5 14 with 5700u from Costco. Some odd blue screen issue that occurs frequently but irregularly. Tried flashing windows again, followed by sending it in to tech, none worked, eventually returned it after a couple months of use.

Bezel frame broke, brightness dull, slow, color is terrible. Was sent refurbished replacement with serial number sticker transferred from broken machine. Awful customer service who wanted to charge me while still under warranty. F this company.

The hinge completely broke, making it almost unusable

USB C port broke after 6 months, warranty repair replaced the whole motherboard. Motherboard failed after 1 year 11 months. Hinge on left side is cracked and beginning to strain the casing. Battery only holds 65% of maximum charge.

I enjoyed the laptop while it worked and the APU in it is amazing
