HP OMEN 27i
The HP OMEN 27i is a great gaming monitor. It has an outstanding response time, resulting in clear motion when gaming, as well as low input lag for a responsive gaming experience. Although it supports AMD's FreeSync variable refresh rate technology natively, it's also certified for NVIDIA's G-SYNC compatible technology

Oh, and it also seems like a pretty good gaming monitor
Granted, you’ll rarely need to mess with the ports once you’ve gotten the display set up, but with most monitors, you usually rue the day you need to switch something out. A USB-C port for video (or, at the very least, charging devices) would have been welcome, but otherwise this seems to be a well-rounded upgrade, especially if you’ve only had a 1080p TN panel before. The Omen 27i is available starting today at HP

Are gaming laptops as good as gaming desktops?
I was tossing between getting a desktop or laptop recently. I went with an HP Omen, mainly because with two toddlers I don't have a lot of safe space for a $1500 machine to be sitting out all the time. At least with the laptop I can put it in a cabinet they can't reach.
We decided to try out the HP OMEN 27i....and it worked. If you decide to get this monitor or another for your Xbox make sure you’ve set the input detection to auto detect first.

HP Omen 27i Review - LG's Fast IPS Panel, Nicely Done
The same is true for the motion performance, the omen 27i and the sonic xg270 qg will have the slight edge over the lg.

I understand that there aren't any hdmi 2.1 monitors yet, but what hdmi 2.0 monitors can handle 144hz over hdmi?
it's an ips with tn like response times and it's just a incredible monitor. it's scored higher than the lg 850 and hp omen 27i. highly recommend.

Are gaming laptops a good investment for someone who is going to be on the road a lot?
It's a nifty little powerhouse and being able to take it on the go is essential. I would invest, personally!
Help Me Decide: ViewSonic XG270QG or HP Omen X 27 (or 27i)
The omen 27i had more moderate, acceptable bleed which is normal and considering right now it’s 100 dollars cheaper it’s the better value considering it almost being the same. Altough I switched to the new Odyssey G7 and have no regrets (mainly due to the fact I’m in a dark room and I couldn’t stand the low contrast and grey blacks from ips panels) I would reccomend the hp, would definitely buy again if needed!.
CES 2021 Laptops.
I'm antsy to get a machine so I'm looking forward to see what they do this year. I'm leaning towards HP Omen if the refresh is good, affordable and comes out not too far out. But I'm open.
The HP OMEN, ASUS or MSI?
I returned a HP Omen because its fans were extremely loud. Even when browsing or typing.
