The assembly was simple. The cushion is comfortable . The chair is relatively light in weight and it glides around on its wheels effortlessly. In my opinion, if you have that kind of money look at other options. Autonomous is company that grabs semi-generic chinese chairs, and rebrands them. There's nothing wrong with them as a whole, but their quality does not match the cost point when you compare it to other similar priced chairs. I highly encourage you to check out models like the Eurotech Vera, the HON Ignition 2.0, the Officemaster Truly, HON Endorse, among some other options.

Around $300 and supposedly very comfortable. I found out about it from the Wirecutter's recommendation. I hadn't ever heard of Hon but they're actually a huge American office furniture company (the Ignition 2.0 is made in the USA).
