The machine’s manual was missing. It was not inside the box.

I wanted an Ice cream make to see if making it was more economical than buying it from the store.  The Hamilton Beach 689330R works. If your a person who wants to create your own flavors this Ice cream machine will make soft ice cream in about about 40 minutes after storing it in a freezer hard ice cream in about 2 hours.  Cost this ice cream maker out the door for the price is outstanding

Don't do it. in general Ice cream through my experience is expensive to make. Your better off saving your coupons, waiting for it to go on sale and buying Ice Cream at the supermarket for $2.50
