Oh I have the same Laptop which you do Dell G5 15 5590. TBH , Every GAMING LAPTOP overheats because it is all packed up in such a small space. and btw did you try Undervolting and switching off intel turboboost , I did both and mine idles at 30 degrees celsius graphics card at 35 degrees.
