I used this knife to slice my bread, but it does not work very well. It worked well with big chunk of meat. When I use this knife to cut a loaf of bread, it is hard to get a nice slice. There are so many bread crumbles come off when I am cutting. That is not want I expected.

I bought this 5 months ago, and the handle has cracked. If just goes in a drawer in the kitchen (with its sheath) and the dishwasher. Disappointing! I assumed this would last years, but now I doubt it. On the plus side the blade works great to slice homemade bread.

The knife is not the most beautiful and maybe not the sharpest either. But it is very sturdy and does the job well. I wanted decent quality but I saw no sense in paying top dollar for something exquisite. This one is just right.

High quality, sturdy bread knife. The blade doesn’t wobble like some other knives do. Also the size is perfect. Just doesn’t cut bread as well as some other knives do. Not sure what’s causing it. Maybe the blade is too thick?

Knife cuts bread, and for my purposes as a home chef it does the job, but as other have said it's not very sharp. Would recommend for ligjt work only.
