Mercer Millennia 10-inch Bread Knife – Wide

Knife is a little big (they said it was wide), but it is really GREAT for cutting almost everything, including bread, bagels, large and hard vegetables (e.g., butternut squash). I'm impressed by the quality of the knife, especially at the price.

The Mercer knife was a little dull. No big deal really. So, I returned knife guard and knife to nearest Whole Foods. Amazon immediately refunded knife guard and knife. It's nice to know you can take a chance and not get burned.

I haven’t used enough to give 5s but so far it seems like a great knife, especially for the price. Cuts cleanly and I think I am going to love it.
