I bought this receiver Feb 2021 and paid Geek Squad to set it up since I am in a wheelchair and accessibility to all the wires was difficult. I am glad that I paid Geek Squad after seeing what all they had to do to set it up. I actually had to set up Music Cast - they did not do that. After everything was setup, my fears of not having Alexa functionable and playing Amazon and Pandora music subsided
