 This is absolutely my favorite and that's the only negative that i could say about this, because this is gon na really set the bar, at least for me, for any other chairs in the future, and so whether it's just for a work chair or even a gaming Chair this just has everything that i need and at the same time i'm able to be more comfortable and productive because i don't feel those pains out there, and so that is it for my six month, long term review of the staples hiking chair as you could Probably tell i absolutely love this chair.  I'Ve ever had - and i do want to say one more bonus feature that i didn't mention and this whole material - that they have it's really breathable, and it's not one of those that you know it has a lot of cloth or something you actually sweat, and you Get it dirty and it kind of gets into that, whereas this one it doesn't, and so i really don't know how staples or whoever made this chair. You know this hiking chair was able to provide all these feature and then some at this really incredible price, which leads me to the con of this chair, and at least for me, the only con that i could see is it's going to be really hard for Me to find another chair, that's going to provide all of this at this price, so i haven't had any other chairs, in my opinion, for what i've used in the past that have even come close to this, you know now the hermann miller. It is very comfortable. It'S very high quality, but just the overall benefits features filling all of that together

 It measures at just a little over 31 inches about 29 inches when dropped to its lowest height and measures just a little under 18 inches from arm to arm when measuring from the inside people also had a lot of questions regarding the head rest of the chair And its adjustability, the headrest does have a tilt function where you can tilt it up and down, and it also has height adjustment as well. If you need another inch and a half or so all right so with the faqs and sort of popular topics. Out of the way, let's talk about how i think of this chair after using it for nine months in terms of wear and tear everything has held up pretty nicely. The lumbar support hasn't worn down on me yet so my back and overall posture doesn't suffer when working or gaming

 The armrests have held up quite nicely and still don't show any sort of signs of deterioration where i normally have my arms placed. The actual seat of this chair might have a slight bit of give to it since purchasing, but it's truthfully really hard to tell because it's not really a noticeable sag or anything that affects my overall experience when sitting in this chair, so yeah pretty much everything that I had said in my initial review still holds true today, but that doesn't mean i don't have a few nitpicks with this chair. First off, i really wish that these armrests were a bit wider on the chair, or at least had the ability to extend outward. If need be, when typing i like to have my arms inwards, so the armrests are fine when i'm doing productivity work, but when gaming i like to have my arms extended out a little wider, so sometimes the narrowness of these armrests can get a little annoying

 Lastly, probably my most minor gripe is that i wish overall, the hikin was just a touch more firm. Don'T get me wrong, i'm not saying that this is an uncomfortable chair by any means. I just personally wish that there could be maybe another plastic support bar across the back or maybe have the backrest be completely locked in place when the tilt lock is engaged now by design when the tilt lock is engaged. There is just a very slight bit of give: it doesn't completely lock in place when you turn the tilt lock on and admittedly this feature isn't inherently bad, because it's kind of nice to be able to sit back and lounge a little bit and have the chair Have some sort of give and although i'm not saying i want the chair to be stiff as a board, just personal preference, i do wish that this chair was a little bit more firm but yeah that about does it for this one

Can someone recommend me a chair?

 Disregarding that I opened the box and the parts of the chair looked like a kid just threw it all inside it wasn't flattering. I got concerned that parts will be broken or missing. Luckily everything was fine and I assembled the chair. I hopped the chair was going to be more comfortable like it seemed but when the chair is leaning it is more comfortable when it isn't its almost stiff

 So is the staples hiking worth 154 dollars in 99 cents? Now, when we look at the overall adjustability of the chair and the policies that you're getting from staples, it's hard for me to argue against this chair being worth the price that they're asking simply because if we just break this down into a per year price, if You didn't have any issues with the chair: you're guaranteed seven years with the chair seven years. So if we divide that you're paying 22 a year for this chair, which is gon na, be one of the least expensive options currently available on the market. Now it does have a low end, build quality. All of these, almost all of the components are going to be low end

 It'S gon na come with seat, height adjustment, tension control, three position, tilt, lock, height adjustable arms, height, adjustable lumbar support and then a two-way adjustable headrest. So, overall you're getting quite a few adjustments for only 155 dollars, and one thing that i also liked about the adjustment package is that, even though staples lists this on their website as having a swivel tilt mechanism, it actually has a synchro tilt mechanism which is going To be more ergonomic than that swivel tilt, not raising your knees up when you recline so overall you're getting a good adjustment package, a nice recline motion for a chair, that's only 154. The final thing that i like about the hikin is that it does come with that two-way adjustable headrest. But there wasn't anything there, and the final thing that i did not love is that, even though this chair does have adjustable lumbar height, the range is really limited, maybe an inch or so so it doesn't give you a ton of leeway to put it exactly where You would prefer to have it and the last thing that i'm not a huge fan on with the hikin is that i do not think it's a great option for tall people and when i say tall people specifically people around that six foot in taller range the Seat height and the arm height are going to be fine, it's the seat, depth and then the headrest height that are going to be the problem

 You kind of want about two inches behind here and that's about where i am so. I personally would not want the seat to be any smaller. I would actually prefer to pull it out a little bit, so anyone taller than me is probably going to be feeling the same thing and it's not going to be extremely comfortable and then, when we look at the headrest, i've got the headrest height maxed out.  Now my mentality, when purchasing things, is to get the best possible things, so i don't end up just upgrading it in a year's time, or so i think, spending a lot of money on an office chair is a really good idea, because you're sitting at it all Day, it's a very heavily used item and it needs to stand up. You don't want to hurt your body because you know you want it for a while. Normally, with the way that i make purchases, i would go with the hermann miller aeron, because, yes, it's very expensive, but the quality is outstanding. It is the best possible chair

 It'S really comfortable when you're sitting in it and it's not going to degrade over time like a pillow or kind of compress, really hard like a pillow. It just kind of shapes to your body and it's a nice kind of springy feeling, while you're sitting it overall. The comfort and feeling of the chair is really good and there's a ton of pros, but there are a few cons to this chair that i'm noticing over my course of use. Obviously i went over the feet
