I would say the Segway NineBot Max fits those requirements although I haven't personally had to deal with their customer service myself. I've had mine for about 6 months and still love it, especially after adding a few modifications.

scooter recommendation!

For riding in any weather the best option I would go for is the Segway Ninebot Max, but that will be over your budget. On the plus side it should definitely last, as its a very well built scooter. I got over 1000km on my G30LP and had zero issues with it, only thing I do is check tyre pressure and inflate when needed.

Looking to get a scooter for work

So because of that tradeoff- I do not recommend the purchase if you are 200+ lbs. Unless you don't need I beyond 10 miles, then I would recommend this scooter. Or if you live in flat places, it might be better.

Pros- good build unlike the es3 that costco offered a year ago, this scooter will likely stand the test of time. The es3 started rattling and was loose after going over bumps in the road within a month in San Francisco, which had bad streets, pot holes everywhere.

Range isn't a big issue for me as work is within a couple miles and I can charge it at work. I do want to keep it fairly portable as my apartment is upstairs and I would have to bring it downstairs at work. The only scooter I've ridden previously is a Segway Ninebot Max and I did enjoy it, though I can see that the power on it wouldn't be enough for me forever and I would like to have some suspension.

 If you weight 210 and aiming to use it daily for 20-30 miles, I would seriously consider buying a bike rather. Specification says it has capacity of 220lb, from my own experience it can but in a few days you going to lose your bearing. That's something really to consider before purchasing it.

It's a great scooter if you weigh up to 170lb.

 It’s just over 40lb. I believe and I couldn’t easily carry it and stash it on the bus/train for commuting. Has to return unfortunately.

I have not tested the range on the scooter in the full speed mode, but I have tested it in one of the slower modes and when I was in the slowest mode I got a maximum of 15 miles the same as I had with the Aovo Pro, which is a very good range, but it's not as much as they claim and keeping in mind this was in the slowest mode, going around about 10 miles an hour on average.  Okay, so let's move on. What we'll do is, I'll just speak about the Um Pneumatic so the airfield tyres versus solid tires I caught on my last scooter and then we'll go into where you can buy it. Okay, so in terms of the tires, I haven't had a puncture yet. They're very grippy and they're actually a much more comfortable ride than the solid tyres that I did have on my Aovo Pro scooter

 It's got a brighter headlight and a larger tail light. Some small improvements on the Lcd display and supposedly stronger tires. [Music] It connects with the Me Home app over bluetooth from where you can monitor the speed, turn on the bluetooth lock, enable cruise control, and download additional firmware updates for the scooter. It also gives you a video with safety instructions when you first install it, and you need to install it with the Me Home app before using it now

 it comes with an Allen key to mount the steering wheel to the frame, an attachment for if you need to inflate the tires, the charging cable, and adapter, and a nice touch is that this one now comes with a spare tire and that's about it. So the Mi Scooter Pro looks a little bit different than the last version, as you can see and the first thing you'll notice are these reflectors on the side, back and front of the scooter. Another notable improvement is this bridge that connects the rear fender to the body of the scooter, so it's not as loose as on the previous models. Okay, so the rear fender has been connected to the frame a little bit better, and it's got some reflectors all around the scooter
