And I also didn't really know where to look for watches, so the first one I actually got was from J.Crew, and it was the Timex T2N321 circa 2010 for J.Crew

 not a real Gucci watch, on a class trip to New York City when I was in high school. There was a period of time when I didn't really think about watches that much at all. I was in college, grad school, and I was just laser-focused on that experience, practicing my saxophone, playing gigs, and watches kind of took a back seat to all of that. But Then once I got settled, had a job, and finally started thinking more about improving how I dressed, building up my wardrobe, that's when I began scratching the surface of the watch hobby

 I Personally don't have many divers in my collection, so while I don't imagine this will be a mainstay I like the styling cues that were used here as well as how comfortable it wears. As I had mentioned before, I'm not one to wear a big watch and at forty four millimeters, this one is well past the upper limits of where I generally like to live in. But if every watch was meant to serve a purpose, I'd say that this as I'm not a diver per se. I would treat this as my Knockaround watch and knock around at will as it's beefier

 More importantly, or rather, thankfully for me, it's not so much that I regret my purchase or hate checking the time all together to wrap it up. I Think the shadow Samurais a nice entry level divert from Seiko now that the Skx has been discontinued.
