Review: Longines’ Legend Diver Lives Up to Its Lofty Name
It’s a modified ETA 2892 tuned down to 25,200bph in order to achieve a power reserve of 72 hours. It’s a perfectly practical and robust movement offering decent accuracy, and while it’s nothing to write home about, it certainly gets the job done and is appropriate for this price range.

[LLD] Got this badboy on an NDC
Finally got a new strap for my Longines Legend Diver Heritage L37744506. I felt an NDC would be a pretty fitting compliment to a French Marine Dive watch being a strap made of French Marine Paracord.

[Longines] First Watch
So this is my first watch i bought myself roughly one year ago, the Longines Legend Diver. Normally I rock the milanese bracelet it came with but I also love how this brown leather band looks with this watch! I think this is a great watch to start this hobby!
[Longines] Desk Diving Again
Another day at the (home) office, another day desk diving in my favorite tool for the job, the Longines Legend Diver. I love the sleek supercompressor case with inner rotating bezel, the retro looks and Milanese mesh bracelet, the simple, classic shape and style, everything. Dresses up better than just about any diver I know of, but is still recognizably a tool watch and wears well casually, in the same way a well-finished field watch does.

[SOTC] Psst... Hey kid, wanna buy a watch?
Longines Legend Diver (no date): I became a PADI certified diver in 2007, which has absolutely nothing to do with this watch that I purchased because it looked cool. It’s been in a hotel pool twice. Rolex Kermit: I’d like to say I bought this for some legitimate horological, aquatic, or otherwise non-conformist reason, but I won’t lie to you nice folks.

[Longines Legend Diver] 36mm version
As a present to myself i finally decided i was in a position to be able to treat myself to this Longines legend diver. I found this piece online with a store giving a small discount on the rrp price. Their website had stated the watch was the 42mm version but the code was for the 36mm version L33744506. I decided to proceed with the order and after its arrival it is indeed the 36mm version.
[LLD] Longines Legend Diver
My Longines Legend Diver L3.774.4.50.6, had it about a year now and I absolutely love it still, it’s my only watch but i wear it for every occasion and it’s build like a tank. It had a functional internal dive time bezel which is very satisfying to use. The case back has a spear diver on the back which is one of the reasons i bought the watch. I hope one day i will be able to pass it down the family because it’s an absolute work horse.

[SOTC] After a few sells and a couple of buys, here I am. An inherited Heuer Bund is missing and is at the watchmater
In early spring I sold a couple of watches I still am not sure I wanted to part but there were a few that I wanted and I established a rule that the maximum number of watches is this box plus the one I wear. So two had to go. One was Longines Legend Diver which is soo nice and all but I sort of convinced myself it wears too big. Maybe I’ll get it again some day.
[Question] what’s the best daily waterproof watch (100m) that’s not a dive watch?
Check out the Longines Legend Diver L3.774.4.50.6
It has 300M water resistance and a very elegant, understated design imho.
