Desperate to remove my room from the equation, I decided to explore wireless systems several months ago and settled on a BIC WTR-SYS wireless transmitter/receiver system to turn my existing subwoofer into a wireless one so that I can place it as close to my listening position as possible. It was placed on a rear corner 3 feet to the left of my listening position (aligned to my sofa). This was much better with virtually none of the aforementioned uneven bass. But there was one problem: extension and transient speed

Upon reassembling the unit of course I discovered that a couple of screws were stripped - wonderful. Anyway the stripped screws were on opposite sides so not worth my time to try to get a resolution from Polk. The unit sounds very good and is a good value, but given the poor customer service and product reliability I can't recommend it.

There's your where the poor exactly is it's a pretty hefty? Pour it's pretty big in there. If you can see that there you go, that's a pretty big port!...

I really didn't hate the pioneers as fronts and they aren't bad speakers however the are large for the space I have for the surrounds. I'm fashioning mounts to attach to the side tables on either side of the couch to hold them up in the air and away from the walls. I have an SVS PB-1000 and I've only had it for a few weeks.

You know for another 125 bucks. I think you can get a much better sub now, if you're at the 325 range, which is where i think this sub should be price...

But but for me personally, this is nostalgic because the first sbs product i ever heard were the original pb1000s, and i really like this particular p...
