While there is a Orion/Ludwig/Tangente trio from Nomos and I'm typically the Orion/Ludwig guy, I personally would pick Tangente for your collection because Orion is the minimalist, Ludwig is the classical and Tangente is the modern twist

The Nomos Tangente is often described as the 
“Epitome of a Nomos watch”.

Mainly because it boasts a Bauhaus-inspired design 
that is minimal and simple.

Whether or not you’re a fan of German watchmaking, this work of art deserves your respect and attention.

At first glance, the Nomos Tangente provides a clean and easy-to-read dial.

It looks trendy enough to be worn casually 
on a daily basis.

Additionally, the dial looks clean enough to be worn with a suit as a dress watch.

Depending on your build, the Nomos Tangente might look small on your wrist.

However, its size and case material make it really comfortable to wear on a daily basis.

Sideways, it is slimmer than your usual watch.

It is estimated to be less than 7mm in height.

This dimension will allow it to fit inside a dress cuff without trouble.

The Nomos Tangente’s dial shows only five Arabic numerals, while the rest are line markers.

This is a successful attempt in keeping the dial uncluttered.

As for its strap, Nomos went with a simple yet elegant plain black strap.

It is made of Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan which is both smooth and durable at the same time.
