Checks every box - you won't regret your purchase.

I can tell a significant difference when playing on a 60Hz panel compared to 144Hz or higher. IPS is always going to produce great colors and images, but at the cost of slightly lower performance. And while a 4k IPS panel is a delight on the eyes, it's rough for gaming. Most titles will require you to either drop your graphics settings significantly, or drop your resolution to 2560x1440 at minimum, essentially putting you back to an even playing field in terms of resolution with the Samsung CHG70

Response Time

A great panel with crippling software flaws

Time. They also removed automatic input switching from last year's model for no good reason. Both of these featured *sort* of worked on the older 27GN950 after a bunch of firmware updates. This "improved" model has regressed in both of those areas to the point where it's less reliable than my $300 Dell junker

Read quite a few review indicate that 27 4K is too small need windows scaling. quite a few reviewer against windows scaling. Fact : 27 4K 100% scale is hard to read. despite bad review on window scale

Design

Be Aware of the Panel Quantity!!!

It is just not so frequent. The monitor mount is not in good design too. I order two of these monitors. The one I post here actually can't reach the same height as another one I bought

\- Works great for PS4, no issues, doesn't play well at all with Xbox One X, able to easily play in 1440p at 120hz, though unable to play in upscale 4K with VRR enabled. You have to disable Adaptive Sync, so essentially if you want to play the X in 4K mode to get HDR, you have to disable VRR, piss poor design IMO, hopefully they address this. I used to own the Samsung CHG70 and it worked in this regard with no issues.
