If you put it at the most powerful setting and ride at full throttle, you will not go much further than about 10 miles based on my test runs. If you coast, go easy with the acceleration and keep it in a power-conserving setting, then you might think the ride will feel a bit sluggish and boring, but you will have effortless and reliable transportation across the full range advertised. It's faster than walking and about the same speed as biking with a cheaper or comparably priced bike.

I don't think it's intentional, but just realize what you see here is what you get, not what you see on the website. But overall it's a great scooter ...

I was able to install it with little difficulty except for thin and weak screw mounts that hold the battery that break and strip easily. I'm writing this review to give the company kudos for good service in the end even though I was and still am disappointed the battery failed so quickly in the first place. Maybe I just had a bad one and this next one will be better. Overall, this is a good scooter as long as the battery lasts

Obviously I'm not going to leave the scooter outside for long, however if I just jump into a store I feel comfortable knowing that the bike has a passcode on it and not anybody can just jump on and drive it away. Lastly, this new scooter has air filled tires. The tires filled with air make for a much more comfortable ride. For rides of 1 to 3 minutes it's definitely not that bad to have the old tires, however for longer rides this scooter feels much better to have an air filled tire

Seems to be underneath the cover for the wheel? Likely will have to fully disassemble the rear tire to air up the tires if anything were to happen. Also if you’re looking to be zipping around at 20 on this thing the whole time, good luck getting more then about 7-10 miles out of it. Also with one rear break you are NOT stopping quickly so be prepared for that too. Other then those issues, the scooter is a nice, intuitive ride

When I started out I just went on level one, but with more experienced I’ve been hooked on staying on level two. There are lights on the scooter, so it makes it safe to ride in the evening. L The cruise control feature is great as it lets you ride without pressing the button and once you break, it goes away. The scooter is built great and I feel safe on it

Every time I power on the scooter, I need to press the button 3 times to disable the cruise control (which is enabled by default), twice to turn on the lights, and two more single presses to set the scooter into mode 1 (It is in mode 2 by default which is too fast for my needs). I wish the scooter would remember to keep the cruise disabled and to stay in mode 1 for a slower top speed. Other thoughts are that the charging port isn't in the best location and the weight of this scooter isn't the lightest in it's price range, but it is fun to drive even with it's faults.
