As for color, I kept both monitors at the default color settings out of the box - the Dell had great saturation, possibly oversaturated. The M27Q appears less saturated, and its overall color out of the box appears more neutral, while the Dell appeared warm. Regardless of which you prefer, both monitors' color can be adjusted. However, no amount of calibration can fix the Dell's low contrast ability; the M27Q wipes the floor with the S2721DGF in this respect

I checked rting's score for the monitor (much like other sites, this monitor has a fantastic rating on rtings) and I saw that the out-of-the-box color calibration was terrible but after calibration it looks fantastic. I ended up loading the color calibration profile that rtings provided and the difference was like night and day. Colors became a LOT more accurate and the contrast was vastly improved. The blacks and whites still aren't perfect, but it no longer looks like the entire screen is covered by a gray plastic screen

As far as I see it, the majority are a compromise as the bandwidth requirements for running 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, an extended color gamut, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and beyond, and a resolution of 3840x2160 all at the same time will be much better served by DP 1.5 or HDMI 2.1 (proper HDR wouldn't hurt either). Although it could be argued that achieving 144 frames at 1440p is more resource intensive than 60 frames at 2160p, I believe the experience to be the most immersive, at least until 144+ frames becomes viable at 4K

I have been looking to purchase a 27" 1440p monitor for both gaming and working to pair with 3060ti. I was about to get Gigabyte M27Q due its KVM (both for gaming rig and work laptop) and rtings score but i just Heard the way It deals with rbg or something so It is not suitable for work due blurriness with letters, is that terrible? Should i maybe look for the LG 850 model recommended here?

I have had 1080p monitors, 21:9 3440 and even 2560 resolution ultrawides, and to be honest I find this to be the ideal sweat spot for productivity, compatibility with games and content, as well as the least GPU intensive while getting higher pixel counts and an overall better usable resolution. I also prefer the height of this resolution wise and aspect ratio to the lower cost ultra wides with similar resolutions. I debated on 4K and that is just in my opinion not quite here yet, takes way too much GPU to get good frame rate in games and some applications just do not scale well on 4k still. While I would prefer the PPI of 4k, this is the better of the two while still getting great frame rates in games
