Same with refresh rate.At 1ms/144hz the ghosting is glaring and intolerable. The display only looks decent at 4ms/60hz, and at that point, why bother using this as a gaming monitor at all?

Well, imagine my surprise when I turned it on and saw a vibrant picture with not so bad viewing angles! In fact, the viewing angles are pretty darn good! To my eye, there is a ever so slight fade to color when held up to an IPS panel. But it's so minor that that a cheaply made IPS panel would still come in second to this one and even a well made one still wouldn't stand out enough for me to turn this one down. While I don't doubt that some can't see the difference between this and an IPS dispaly, I could, but just barely. Overall, the difference was negligible and I'm very happy with this display

Like most IPS monitors, it has wide viewing angles that make it great for sharing content or playing co-op games. Its reflection handling is only decent, but it gets more than bright enough to overcome intense glare, meaning visibility won't be an issue in well-lit rooms.

The viewing angles are quite good, and the monitor is actually very color accurate. I bought this monitor for about 275$, which at that price is a downright steal, but even at 400$ it isn't a terrible option.
