so my wife started to make bread at home, and what a great bread it was and I thought wouldn't it be nice if I had a true bread knife. (I know, comparing a Cuisinart knife to a Global knife is like comparing a Ford to a Rolls Royce, but when all is said and done, both of them will get you to and from work.)
