I would have to return the monitor and forfeit that $30 discount. At this point I'm just waiting on ASUS to reply to my email and see where I need to go from there. If no appropriate resolution can be found through ASUS, then I'm going to simply return the monitor to Amazon and seeing as I'm going to have to pay the original $160 if I want to buy another I'm just going to shell out the extra $20 and get the AOC 24g2 which has a better warranty and better overall experience.
