Their big problem was marketing and the whole carrier shenanigans. Sony is another player that has the same exact issue or should I say it is worse since they dont even sell through carriers. Anyway, I loved V60. It was my primary phone for a few months and then I got Samsung Note 20 Ultra and I still use it as my main phone even though I have had several phones in between.
