How to open the PRISMACOLOR Pencil Sharpener

Sharpens great, but cap is REALLY HARD to remove.

 They don't give me a sharp point but this one from Prismacolor actually does. So open the lid. There's two different options for sharpening. There's this one on the left which gives you a short point just like that and then this one on the right gives you a longer point

 So overall, good sharpener, the best at sharpening as I have tried. And this is about my 5th one. I can live with just using the sharpening part by itself.

Sharpens well, Difficult to open

 That, that, that tells you right there that it's a little bit difficult to kind of open it, but once you get it, it's all good. So that's how you can, you know, get rid of your shavings. And, uh, that's basically it guys. I don't think I need to explain more about this sharpener other than it's great for your pencils

 I bought this specifically for my Prismacolor pencils and I've always wanted this sharpener. And every time I would go to the store, I'd say, okay I'm going to get it, never did, okay I'm going to get it, never did. And then one day I said, well, because now I have my Prismacolors, you know, working and I'm working with them and things like that, I really need this sharpener. It goes around $8

 I didn't realize it was that good. I've always seen videos about it, people talking about it, but never really took the plunge to get it until now. So let's talk about it. I think there's two different designs for Prismacolor sharpener

I like every thing about the sharpener, except that the lid is hard to get off when emptying the container to get the pencil shavings out. Otherwise, easy to hold , sharpens well, and the container is large enough to hold enough shavings before it needs to be emptied. This is where the problem was at… With the help of YouTube, and a couple of different videos, I figure out how to get the lid opened. The price of the Prismacolor Sharpener made it easy to purchase
