First off I have been a NetGear user for almost a decade, but over the last couple years I have noticed not only their products, but their customer service degrade significantly. I have a Cm1200 modem that is only been in use for 4 months and over the last month it has deteriorated completely. It would drop internet once a day, then twice, then every couple hours, and now quite literally every other minute. I know it’s my modem, I have changed all cables, tried another router and the only thing that fixed it was borrowing my brothers modem, which is the exact same model as mine.

Was told that was good for all wary .But was not till tried to hook up that was told was not able to do that
