Obviously, this item is too expensive overall but having said that: the item if favorably prices compared to other sources and it does a good job for what it is supposed to do, namely keeping air circulated cleaning up dirty and micro small particles.

Just moved into our new home and 1st thing we needed to do was change the air filter. Never realized how expensive filters could be! Good thing we only change once a year :) Search every where for the size needed and could not find one local. Ordered online and received in just a couple of days.

Expensive but worth it due to family allergies. I recommend installing a pressure gauge on the air had handler to alert you to the need for a new filter. My downstairs filter needs replacing once a year, but the upstairs one not as often. The gauge saves money in the long run.
