Levoit Core 300

After reading more about how covid can linger in the air for hours, I picked up a Levoit Core 300 for my 900 sq foot classroom near my desk. It is pretty undersized, but the air hvac system is modern. Super impressed how much air this can filter in a short amount of time. Makes me more comfortable taking off the mask after the students leave the room.

Large rooms: Coway Mighty AP-1512HH

Smaller rooms: Levoit Core 300

Both are true HEPA, relatively affordable, and the replacement filters aren't too pricy either.

This air purifier works great and is a decent noise level for me. My problem is that I need it for my bedroom and I am very sensitive to light and even in the sleep mode the bright led lights light up my whole room. I have the core 300 but I dont like it that it doesnt have the modern extra features like air quality sensor, automatic mode, I can clearly see a lot dust in my bedroom ( I put it on my bureau next to my monitor )and makes too much noise for my taste in my bedroom 16m2. So im considering returning it. Im torn between going for the the winix zero compact, winix a330, Xiaomi h3, Philips serie 800 AC083030/10 or Smartmi P1 Purifier.

So far so good, works great in my 25x25 bedroom, keeps the dog smell to a minimum when in use. I have it run at night and its not too loud.

It needs to be ozone free, with a HEPA and carbon filter (for pet smells).

Any recommendations? I’m not sure if the Levoit is ozone free

It looks great, and I really love that you can turn all the lights off, but it's not effective even in a very small space.

I have really severe allergies, and after doing a lot of homework I ended up following Wirecutter's advice and I bought two Coway AP-1512HH and 4 Levoit Core 300s to cover the majority of my house. They've made a noticeable improvement in my allergies!.

Works great in a small space, sleek design. To register a 2 years warranty on the website is a bit confusing.
