It says it's Metal utensil safe, but it is not. Just a fork scratched it's surface very quickly. Such a disappointment and for this price range, it's a shame.

I use this quite often, especially if I need to do something quick. I did not give it 5 stars because it started to get scrathes after a short period of time and I only use wooden spoons on it. For anything serious go with a cast iron pan.

Only have this product a month, but so far love it. It has a lovely feel to it and while it has some weight to it, it's not heavy. Love using it.
