Excellent pot, however, it’s extremely heavy and the first time Are used it, I found it difficult to obtain the right temperature. Now that I have used the pot many, many times, I like it even more. No matter what I cook, I am pleased with the result, and the pot comes outs clean & shiny every time.

I cooked in this pot only twice, on the stovetop and enamel on the edges of the pot is already chipped off in the few places ! I can only imagine what would happen to it if used for baking. The high end price charged doesn't match the high end quality. Other then that, it looks very nice.

i RETURNED TWO ITEMS FOR THE SAME MANUFACTURING FLAW. tHE ENAMEL WAS CHIPPED ON THE HANDLES. i WAS EITHER SENT "SECONDS", OR JUST POOR QUALITY CONTROL. a SINGULAR POT WITH THIS PRICE TAG SHOULD BE PERFECT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!!

Used twice. Love the beauty, substance and balance but the enamel edges of pot are spontaneously flaking off in rather large chips I have been very carefull wirh the pot. Very sad to see this. I purchased aegean blue color
