They really are great speakers. They work as advertised. I will say that they definitely benefit from a break in period. First out of the box they are really forward and the treble is biting. I would spend more $$ towards Quality high end speakers if had to do this all over again, also got this Klipsch Sub from Costco, think on sale for like 200$$,It's very loud and rumbles low , So I have Polk towers like 10 years old ,would love Kef ,B& W ,Wharfedale etc, but wife on my case ,too much $$ for electronics ,lol,( Yamaha AV rx 780 2zone)good luck.
