Great pan, cakes come out nicely, but when you wash it, water gets stuck in the seams, and keeps seeping out for a while as it dries. Is creating some rust inside the seams.

I bought this pan because the equipment reviews from America's Test Kitchen suggested it. They know what they are talking about. I was worried that it was not going to have te usual lock-unlock band that helps removing the cake, but it ws not necessary. The cake came out even and nicely baked.

Fairly good pan, moderately heavy metal. Arrived with multiple dents in the bottom, as though poked by sharp objects. My experience with Chicago Metallic cookware has been good so far, and this pan appears to be generally OK too.

Good but: Heavy duty construction. The instructions say to hand wash and not to use under the broiler so as not to harm the non-stick finish. Fair enough. With these restrictions, they work extremely well.
