Nice and thick, good for side sleepers. Even softer if you let some air out, which you can do and still not touch ground since it’s thick to begin with. Easy enough to inflate, deflate, fold.

The pad is well constructed and very comfortable for side sleepers. However, this model is not for large people. Not wide enough and felt like I was constantly about to roll off. I gave this to my daughter and ordered the 26 inch wide pad that costs significantly more.

Lightweight, compact, and comfortable. The larger size option pairs perfectly with Big Agnes Solomon 15 double sleeping bag. Takes some time to inflate and the included inflation bag could be more user friendly, but I would not hesitate to buy this again.
