I do recommend you to buy this pad and it will not let you down, even though it is a little bit expensive. That's it for today and thanks so much for watching.

After I made my selections I wandered over to the returns section just to have a peak and noticed a Therm-a-Rest Neoair Xtherm for $49.95. Reading the return tag the customer had brought back "because the pad would lose air after a couple of hours". Figuring that the previous owner was unaware that warm air blown into a pad contracts as it comes down to ambient temperature I scooped that bad boy up. I took it home and blew it up, true to form the pad did lose a little air after a few hours, but topping it off with a couple of breaths and it's been fully inflated since.

This is the only pad in its size/weight range with a high r-value. It’s a great pad and there is nothing else in its class with the weight/size to warmth ratio. Thermarest has a great warranty as well if needed

Pad is amazing, pump sack is a joke
I just slept out for 3 nights, winter camping at about 15 degree nighttime lows. I used a tyvek sheet as my groundcloth, and then just this neoair xtherm sleeping pad and my oberon 0 degree sleeping bag (no tent). The pad kept me warm- I felt no cooling from beneath, which I'm pretty surprised about...
