Also, if you do decide to continue pumping I HIGHLY recommend using the Baby Buddha pump with the Freemie cups. I started doing this at 5 months and wish I had switched right away. It’s so so so much better because you are completely mobile and the pump is super efficient and fast.

I am going back to work soon and have purchased the baby Buddha with legendairy milk silicone cups. However, I will be alternating between the legendairy milk cups and the flanges that come with the baby Buddha because flanges empty the breast better so I wouldn’t want to affect my milk supply by relying solely on the cups.

I purchased a Baby Buddha pump and this thing is 10,000% worth it, not only did I see an increase in my output, but it empties me so fast! I can get 4oz combined in 15 mins where I used to have to pump for an hour with the spectra.

Honestly, the “wearables” like Willow and Elvie are fine… they have their place. But as an owner of Willow, Baby Buddha, and a Spectra, I can say the Baby Buddha is better.
