I imported a Vivobook Pro 14 (16:10 90Hz OLED + 5800H + USB 2.0 ports!!!) from China - some initial thoughts

I ordered a 5800H version of the Asus Fearless Pro 14 (aka Vivobook Pro 14) from [JD.com](https://JD.com) via the purchasing agent Wegobuy. It worked out to $900USD + $120USD for shipping and insurance. From placing the order to receiving the laptop (China->USA) was 10 days. I read a lot of stories of purchasing through an agent being a bad idea - especially for something like a laptop, but this worked without a problem.

Acer Swift and Aspire series all had nice feeling keyboards, just a tad lighter/shallower than Lenovo's I think. Asus VivoBook had a really nice feeling keyboard, and overall is a well made, slim laptop that is in that price range I think.

Pros: +Great value for money, i7 8550u performs around 5% worse than i7 7700hq in all core situations while consuming MUCH less power (15W vs 45W). I have a desktop at home, so I won't need this laptop until school begins again after summer. Portability isn't super necessary, but preferably a device that fits inside of a backpack. Perfectly alright with the AMD 3-3250u, since i3-1005g1 has worse iGPU. Battery life isn't a massive concern.
