 16 milliseconds of input lag compare that to mine on gaming 60 has also wide here and clearly not a resolved gamers want to see. so I've got a good start. but I'd also like to direct you to my TN buzz IPS video I did last year where I tested Asus is terrific PG 2780 and 27 9q Martha's The only difference being once TN one is IPS Now I didn't have my fancy Leo Bodnar input like tested back then. so I relied on TFT central results which showed the IPS model actually has a slightly lower input like than a TN and a comparable to about a 1 millisecond difference response time proving you can have a fast I PS master that's fit for pro gamers

[music] 240 parts this a tooth PT 25 HQ refreshes itself 240 times per second. Is it super smooth? And also absolutely can you tell the difference in games above say 120 434 Hertz Honestly, no, you really can't Now this Martha has a lot to offer. beyond it's super duper ridiculously high refresh rate. It includes the Nvidia G-sync a 1080p resolution which is sensible if you think about it considering your watch of games

 but then you have to consider assuming you're going to buy this for the 240 Hertz refresh rate. Can you even get 240 frames per second in games at 1080p? if your PC powerful enough obviously depends on the game and the settings you choose, but you're going to need a very beefy PC to pump out anything like 240 FPS unless you're playing a Source engine game like Csgo. As for the design, while I think it looks pretty good, the sharp angular tripods down the black and bronze color scheme, super thin bezels and optional LED lights shining on to your desk gives the PG 25 AQ a gamer II but not too childish look. It's incredibly flexible too

Again, it's capable of carrying 4k 60 Hertz which if you you know, do some fairly simple math, is four times the number of pixels as 1920 by 1080 or 1080p, which is what this display does. So it stands to reason then that you would also be able to do four times the refresh rate at this resolution. Number three is we needed faster panels, so it wasn't until now that we would even be able to get any benefit out of 240 refreshes per second, because if the pixel response times weren't good enough, then sure, you might be pushing out 240 images per second, but you'd end up with a big, ugly, blurry mess instead of a clean, crisp image

 So that's the time that it takes an individual pixel to go. Okay, you're supposed to change to this color and then actually flip to a different color so that the image changes. But until a couple of years ago, all gaming monitors were still held back by one key factor, the refresh rate. And in fact, many gaming monitors today, including this one, are still running at 60 refreshes per second or 60 Hertz meaning that some of the information on the screen can be up to 16 milliseconds old depending on when the video card out put it, The PG 258 cue kicks all of that in the teeth, boasting the highest true refresh rate of any gaming display on the market 240 Hertz bringing that maximum delay from refresh rate down to about 4 milliseconds

 This is going to be a loved it or hated thing. It's got kind of this black and sort of rust orange kind of thing going on. and then they include a couple different ones of these little ROG illumination logo doodads here that you can swap out if you want. so they include two ROG ones and then they also include a few blanks so you can customize it if you want, or you can turn the light off entirely in the on-screen display
