I am not satisfied with this at all. It looks cool I guess. Oh and it gets stuck ALL THE TIME. Weird shaped corner? It’s going to get stuck there all the time, just ramming into the wall repeatedly

We’ve had the Roborock S7 for 7 weeks on our main floor which is all hardwood and a few area rugs. I’m currently trial running several auto-empty vacs for our upstairs which has our 4 bedrooms and all carpet. Currently a few weeks into the Roomba S9+ with empty bin and let me just say… while it does a good job picking up on our low rise carpet, the app and technology feels about 5 years behind the Roborock tech and app. If anyone cares about specifics feel free to ask but I’m constantly surprised how poor the app and tech work

I have little faith it is doing anything other than combing my shag carpets to 'look like the vacuum' has traveled over it...highly unlikely a deep clean us happening

This thing vacuums so much faster and better than the irobot and the mopping feature is amazing compared to the braava m6. It mops and scrubs stains the m6 couldn't in a faster time.

And despite the Samsung going offline, it still continues to use up the battery, so by the time you find it, it has no battery life and has to be charged. They really need to allow you to continue to connect with the vacuum even if it gets stuck. There's also questionable availability for replacement parts. I can find third-party replacement bags, but you can't order replacement brushes or rollers anywhere

Waiting for this thing to break down which probably won’t be a long time from now so I can purchase a upgraded eufy. Roborock suction isint that great either. I recently ordered a replacement battery for my eufy because the Roborock wasn’t doing a good job and put them to work at the same time for the same amount of time and looked at which one collected more dirt and take a wild guess which one did it better. Yep the less then $200 4 year old eufy

PROS: The suction power on the robot is great. The fact that it uses lasers that keep it from bumping in to things is great. It also makes it work faster than others as it doesn't waste time bumping in to things and having to back up and turn. CONS: It won't go under the couch despite being able to fit

This is not true. If you want your Roborock S7 to perform multiple passes in some or all rooms, YOU will have to do so manually in the app. This is not something that can be done via the Schedule-Menu as of 2022-03-22. Bin design is SMALL: if you have the auto-empty base it will not matter, but if you buy this as a stand-alone unit you will notice the need to empty it

The circular design allows it to turn around 360 pretty much in tight situations whereas Samsungs newer design looks like a dustpan was attached making it harder to turn around. You can designate multiple rooms after the robot has surveyed your house. You can designate off limit areas the robot will not enter to clean. The vacuum can move pretty well between different floor types, carpet and hard floor

The Roborock S7 has exceeded my expectations plus some! I went from sweeping everyday to about once a week. The mopping function leaves a bit to be desired but thats expected. Overall, this vacuum does what it’s meant to do which is make my life easier. I select which rooms I want cleaned and it does the rest

yes, her name is johnny. i’ve never owned a robot vacuum cleaner, and i’m impressed! i haven’t tried it in the living room yet, but my gosh, johnny found all the hairs on my floors. i’m honestly quite impressed with this little robot. i’m not tech savvy, but it wasn’t that difficult in regards to setting it up
