 I use a toothbrush with dishwashing soap, rinse the pan really well and dry it right away. I've decided to give this particular pan a rating of three stars instead of less only because my other pan has been really good for several years and I'm thinking that maybe I received the single pan that's lousy.

 It just arrived but must be returned. The pan isn't a true square, one interior corner is filled with solder, one upper corner is sharp and dangerous, and the interior of the pan has small holes in the metal. I can live with slight scratches, but I won't accept these major imperfections. The perfect corners I was expecting aren't perfect in this pan and because I can't locate the Parrish Magic Line Company to contact either by phone or on the web, I won't purchase their pans again

These are good solid pans that mostly deliver on its expectations. I can't find any better, although that doesn't mean these USA pans couldn't be improved. They actually ought to be for the prices. There's the problem of the open lip around the exterior, that some have already mentioned

  I like the weight of these pans, as well as the superior non-stick performance. Also like that they've been made in the US. Will update my rating to five stars when the design flaws have been addressed.

These are high quality pans that do not warp.  I have sets of three 8" rounds, three 9" rounds, two half sheets with racks, and two quarter sheets with racks.  I recently got the 8" rounds in order to make a cake from Claire Saffitz cookbook Dessert Person.  One thing about the pans is the texture is inside and outside and it's that texture that prevents warping
