With the Nomatic, it’s too big for me to use as a day pack. I like lighter and more quick access bags for out on the go.

 But what I'm gonna do today is just kind of go over the bag, the various compartments and features that I can see and go from there now. I have not used this. Obviously it's still ahead I took off the plastic but you know it's still in the box. you know with this piece of paper

 But but it's more meant for traveling, right? So if you're traveling you don't want to have a big piece of luggage, You want something a little bit bigger than the travel pack, you know this might be what you could consider. Now Nomadic has a couple sizes. Their original Kickstarter was all around their forty liter travel bag. That was kind of what kicked off their whole company I believe was that travel bag and now this is a thirty liter size so it's ten litres smaller in capacity

 This strap just basically converts to be part of the backpack strap so you don't have the store this anyway anywhere. really. it just kind of will stick to the side of the other bag if you can see that. So it's kind of like pretty nice in that way

 as you can see, it's the travel packs. a little bit smaller by default because it is collapse down to a smaller 20 liter type configuration. but you know they it is not that much smaller right? Obviously, the compartments and storage from a clothing perspective is more limited on the travel pack, but it is smaller. As you can tell

 Since the tarpaulin is rigid, the bag also looks weird when packed out and I'm concerned about permanently creasing the material. I also have issues with Nomatic's QC and some odd design choices (handle on the straps, interior divider gets in the way when not in use, water bottle holders get caught on things).

Nomatic Travel Pack v2 - Long Term Review

It’s an excellent purchase. The price is high but I’ve been reviewing many backpacks on YouTube, it holds to a 15 inch laptop, and when you store it in the tech pocket (everything can be tech pockets in this backpack) it doesn’t go to the bottom! If you by accident drop your backpack with your laptop the laptop won’t hit the floor because it’s secured and suspended. The outside zippers are ykk and it’s water proof. I travel with my iPad Pro 11 inch with magic keyboard and my MacBook m1 pro without any problems

While the features this bag have are great in theory, execution is where they lack. The bag that is supposed to be an everyday commute bag is so heavy! I couldn't get over how heavy it was just sitting there empty. I filled it with my everyday essentials and tried it out for a week. I take the train to work and it was so bulky! I had to run to catch a train and the bag did not feel secure on my back at all

I mean it's like it's dense and it's right there And you know where it is and then you're gonna feel all those pockets You're gonna have a pocket for everything that you need in here I have way more pockets in this than I could possibly need for my own use case But for you, you're just like ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba

Nomatic Backpack & Travel Pack Massive Review!

 Early shit Moore's pockets so many pockets in these amazing bags from nomadic here

 We have the travel pack. You can tell because it has a much wider compartment. That's actually

 collapsible and here is the backpack meant to be your daily carry

 But it also has an expandable bit so you can go from like 20 liters to 40 liters not 40 liters

 This is about 20 to 30 liters and they have so many

 But I'm gonna start with our backpack because a lot of the features are the same between the backpack and the travel pack

 However, obviously the travel pack has that expandability from 20 to 30 liters

 So you can use it for your three to five day trips or if you're a minimal traveler

 You can use it for much longer than that. Okay. So first of all, let's take a look at the outside of the bag
