 So tweezers are good. Um, it does have a bottle opener here mixed with your carabiner, which works okay. It's not great for pulling lids off. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it does do the trick

 I don't feel like I can do much cutting with this, and I feel like I'm okay with this. And it's chisel ground, which is not ideal in some ways, but you know, hey, it works, and it sharpens up decently enough. The blade steel's not great, but whatever. So that just strikes me as a cost-cutting measure where I don't think they needed to cut costs

 It deforms the lid enough that you can get it off the bottle. Not a big deal there. So you've always got one, which is nice. One tool that works very well is this little guy

 They're also good for a little bit of scraping and things like that. They're just handy, and this is a good instantiation of it, because it's beefy enough that you can do a little bit of prying, and you know, it just works very nicely there. Um, the knife on this guy is actually kind of a beautiful thing, because it's a little bit beefier than on your little Victorinox Cadet here, Cadet, you know, Victorinox Classic. So here, if you show the two of them next to each other, the Leatherman knife is way bigger, and it's also thicker, which is nice, and it's got a better ergonomic setup

 I have used my scissors on my Micra for multiple different reasons, including, you know, personal grooming, trimming my beard hair if I need to, or something like that. Who knows what you're going to need your scissors for, slicing and cutting all sorts of different things, all over the place. So that is the Leatherman style CS, I mean, pretty basic, in my opinion, just to show you here the Micra side by side, it's actually a little bit longer than the Micra. And it's about the exact same size, you know, width and all that sort of stuff, very similar

 And it's not going to fall out on you. Definitely have to give it some leverage though to pull, I mean, it's not going to come out very easily. You really got to get some leverage on there to get that tweezer pair out. So that's on that side

 Right here at the top, we have a bottle cap opener so you can pop open a cool one after your long day of work. Has a little carabiner. It works as a carabiner as well, so you can stick it on your belt loop or on your key chain or however you would want to work that. Does its job well, even though it's skeletonized, you know, it's going to be able to pry open any sort of root beer, Bud Light, Coors, drinkability thing that you would want

 Drinkability. I hate that slogan. Anyway, so that's the bottle cap opener with the little carabiner there. Also gives you a little tweezer, pair of tweezers, so you can do detail work, you know, maybe work on your gun if you have to get a little spring out or you're taking apart a knife and you got to maybe adjust some stuff

Leatherman Style CS Review

Very nice EDC knife. I have one on my keychain and bought this as a gift.nerdy handy, not too large, but capable of quick tasks.

 The problem with it is actually the way Leatherman designed the joints that acted as the springs for scissors. Leatherman has a kind of buzz phrase to pad their quality, which is a 25 year warranty. Now I do like to test the durability of multitools that I buy, but when I was testing the Style cs, the opening action for it was only kink-free for about 2 days, not 25 years. Throughout the first 2 days, I would say I opened and closed the scissors roughly 1000 times before they started to malfunction, and I did disassemble it, clean it, and re-grease it

Now for people who will just throw this on a keychain and who won't be using this that often have nothing to worry about. But for people like me who like to take an object's durability to it's practical limits are going to see huge failures very soon into it's lifespan

 The major problem, from what I can surmise, is that the way Leatherman designed the Style cs is that whenever you activate the scissors to cut something, the joints that move against the scissor heads also bend a thin piece of metal allowing it to snap back into place, but there's also another thin piece of metal adjacent to the one responsible for the spring action. Now when you use the scissors and that joint bends against the thin piece of metal, after a while it is more susceptable to getting caught on the adjacent piece of metal which basically makes it so that you manually have to move the joint back into place. An amazing fix to this design flaw I think would be for Leatherman to slightly round off the sides and corners of all the joints they have in their micro multitools so that they don't get caught on anything.

 That'S kind of like a bent spoke. This is for holding your chain when you rejoin one super useful to have that one immortal and it's a really nice secure, fit on the tools you're not going to lose that again. If you look up close you'll see, there are spoke keys on here for 14 and 15 G's and also there for a Mavic and a Shimano. So that's great a little extra feature

 Of course, this achievers focus is very useful for that purpose, and it also has a reaming tool and the prong for inserting those tubeless plugs into the tire. It also has an air saver. So when you do discover, you've got one of those punctures before you can actually get access to tool. You can jam that in the hole to stop any air coming out

 Is you get a pad spacer here? So if you need to do some work on your brake pads, maybe need to surprise them a pop again. You have the right tool for the job, also for traveling to the trails. If you drive, you might want to just bang that in. If you take your front wheel out, so that's really cool to see and again on the back of the chain tool there you see it has one of those power link splitters
