They're real little bacon straps in here which is fun and then we're gonna egg on the outside so these little bacon straps you can put the cables and stuff in there

 now. Starting with the Super Break which is this little guy over here, this is the Super Break backpack. This is a really affordable backpack coming in at a recommended retail price of $49 Firstly, having a look at it on the exterior, this is made with a 600d polyester fabric. It's got a really good quality zips, really good quality finishings

 And then we've got these straight cut padded backpack straps here with a bit of a journal logo on there as well on the top. We've just got this grab handle here which is nice and easy if you want to pick up the bag real quick. Moving on to the inside of the super break up so it really smooth zippers, high-quality YKK zips and we're going to be the padding in here. So let me just cool

 The padded straps were very cushiony upon purchase but with time and heavy textbooks, they did eventually rip. If you know how to sew, it can be fixed though.

We bought this after the zipper on our 5th grade son's zipper broke on his Spiderman backpack.  We talked him into getting on he could use over the next few years.  We decided on this one and he loves it.  He is excited because his lunchbox fits in it easily with his folders and books

 The easy answer to this question is yes, but I am not intending to use it on my South Island leg of Teodoro next year. Mainly this has to do with the kind of terrain that I will be hiking in the South Island and a real big desire for me to try and get my base weight down as low as possible. So I have some ideas for packs that I'm potentially going to be looking at for that purpose. but also I generally just found that the art hall was much larger than I actually needed whilst I was on trail

 But I would just say bear in mind that they are a Us-based company and so if you're purchasing this pack and using it overseas, you might not get quite the same service as you would if you were in the Us. Okay, so we are coming up to the end of this review and I'm sure that the question you are all dying to know is whether I will keep using this pack in the future. The easy answer to this question is yes, but I am not intending to use it on my South Island leg of Teodoro next year. The last style I wanted to bring up was the front loader. Zpacks and ULA are the 2 main UL companies making packs of this style from what I can tell (but I’d love to hear if there are others I don’t know about). Zpacks has the [Arc Haul Zip]([URL REMOVED] and ULA has the [Camino 2]([URL REMOVED] have concerns about this style as it feels like the zipper could fail easier on this style than a back panel loading pack. Both Zpacks and ULA have straps going across the pack to help this, but I’m not sure if that’s enough?

One example of a center zip backpack is the Flatiron Pack from RedPaw Packs. Matt over at RedPaw is a friend of mine and sent over the following photos of his personal Flatiron pack for [an example for this post]([URL REMOVED] center zip is the smallest opening of the three examples I’m writing about, but it’s also the lightest. For the weight of a little extra fabric and less than a foot of zipper, you can pick up a pack that allows you to reach into the bottom of your pack with ease. This is especially useful if your load out has several small items that fall deep into your pack, under the lighter, bulkier items at the top
