 So if you get someone moving too quick and the primary camera has a blurry face, it can merge in the faster sharper face from the ultrawide camera into your shot. Automatically, i mean that's, you kind of just never have blurry faces in your photos overall, just as someone who's used now, both of these phones for a couple weeks, iphone's camera system is better than the pixels. It just is right. Now it doesn't it's more consistent

 It has great dynamic range, great stabilization and that big sensor is giving you real background blur and impressively staying in focus most of the time and in some of these harder scenes you can definitely see the processing working like here when it's trying to bring up the Shadows, it's pretty noisy but still overall color and exposure and white balance and the details are all great with the pixel 6's video and i'm really happy to see that and then another thing i noticed the pixel really cranks iso all the way up in the viewfinder. So you can see a lot of noise before you snap a photo and start the processing, like it's very easy to see this here in a screen recording. But that's what it's doing you can see in a selfie viewfinder, especially it'll. Look super jacked up and really noisy just to keep a high frame rate and shutter speed when you're taking the selfie and then you take it and you see it process and then everything sharpens up and it looks miles better

Pixel 6/6 Pro Review: Almost Incredible!

 I figured I'd try the Pixel, having a few friends who love their older Pixels.  The good stuff first:  (+) The camera is truly amazing. I have a professional DSLR and I can say that this is by far the best phone camera I've ever used. The S9 was great, but it had some issues with artifaction and contrast

OnePlus has notoriously awful customer service and the phone wasn't water resistant, so that was a dealbreaker for me, and then Huawei was too expensive and had at least the threat of compatibility issues.  Not sure how they swung this but I guess Google would have it figured out.  (+) Battery life is good. I can get through the entire day of moderate use without charging it until I go to bed. With heavy use, I imagine I'll have to charge it before then, so I'll see how it goes on a few upcoming trips, but my S9 wasn't able to hold a charge past noon on a good day, so it's a huge improvement there

So close, Google! And yet.

I've come to the Pixel 6 from an LG G6, which I really liked. I was happy with the camera, but its OS was dated and the battery was near its end, so it was time to switch. My wife just bought a new Samsung phone, and she wasn't thrilled with it. I'm just a little concerned about the potential for Chinese spyware, and other bad actors on the web, so I'm happy to have the Pixel's extended security and OS upgrades

Still a lot to learn

 It's a better overall camera system. But this, the hardware is so good in the pixels and you can see that promise in those 10 out of 10 shots that the pixel fan in me is like hoping. maybe in one or two software updates it'll be a 10 out of 10 more often. But until then because we don't know if that's ever gonna happen

 I can't get a signal in half the places i go, where i phones, my old pixel 5, and Samsung's have no trouble. Also random disconnects from network. Please ditch Samsung modem on Pixel 7!

  Screen is beautiful, bright, and smooth. Wish they were flat edges instead of curved. Some color inconsistancies on greys with low backlight.  Battery life and charging options are great

Tons of money, so I have high expectations. It's been three months of ownership.  Negatives:  Two months after ownership the company disabled one of the four cameras (the near-IR camera) with an OTA update. This camera was pretty cool and I had fun with it, got some cool shots

 Just pure bliss to use. 4K60 videos are smooth, and stills are gorgeous. Great color and detail. Wish I could make 48MP the default, unimpressed with the 12MP mode

Great hardware, Some complaints

 When really it was like, the rest of the phone was so incredibly good that feat: ok, camera was the downside, but again now we're looking at a flagship. Quality, camera and they've also been notoriously pretty good, with updating them over time and getting better with camera quality. That'S been nice plus they're, probably a G cam mod in the next couple weeks. Hopefully, if you want those sweet, pixel contrast II photos so yeah thumbs up on the camera and then one plus phones have long been some of my favorites specifically because of the software and optimized experience

 It doesn't really show too many fingerprints. It'S still looking pretty good with detail, and video from this camera is also good, especially with color and stabilization at 4k, and you can see no 8k video here, but you know you're not touching the iPhone when it comes to the absolute best video quality in a Phone right now, but this is still good flagship quality. Color me impressed, I think, god I think some people took me saying that the camera was the worst part of the phone last year as like some sort of horrific flaw in it

 The 4300 mAh battery has already lasted me a complete day and some change including a twelve-hour shift at work as an IT professional when I’m constantly using my phone to perform tasks. The warp charger is insanely fast as I can go to empty to a full charge in about 45 minutes. What it lacks, I don’t miss. The headphone jack is no more from the 6 but most all phones have said goodbye to that relic from yesteryear

 This phone is a beast, plain and simple. Whatever you throw at it, it can handle it plus more. Navigation in buttery smooth with a 90hz refresh rate screen. It’s got all the hardware you want under the hood with the latest Snapdragon processor on the market, 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage in the model I went with
